2016 Lakewakes Hooligan wakesurf board for Craig Stephenson

Craig is located in Texas and after a GSA install on his boat in mid 2015 he had a chance to ride the 2015 Lakewakes Hooligan wakesurf board. Changes to the 2016 model had changed the nose shape and fin package. Craig contacted me on and off for over 6 months begging me to make a board with the first generation shape and fins. I finally granted his wishes and built a Ultralite version of this board.

Futures twinzer fin systems

Carbon fiber bottom spine and rail wrap

Lakewakes Shark Skin surface finish ( a light textured finish and replacement for heavy fill coat )

Tek textured rail wrap

2015 Lakewakes Hooligan wakesurf board for Rob Erskine

Rob is a new Moomba owner and purchased a 2015 Lakewakes Hooligan wakesurf board that I had instock. This board has redoak wood veneer on both sides and is fitted with Futures twinzer fin system. Yellow Agenda propad traction set and a lime green Tek textured rail finish and red pinline gives this board a Rasta look to it.

2016 Lakewakes Aileron wakesurf board available thru Agendasurf.com

Lakewakes has teamed up with Agenda surf to offer a cooperative wakesurf board called AILERON.

Details

The AILERON has a parallel rail outline for a faster down line speed and has a full single concave from nose thru S shape tail for lift and responsive rail maneuvers, this S tail shape shortens up the rail line at the tail for faster turns while rails are full progressive hard tucked for a buttery forgiving ride. This board is made with a ultralight 1.5# eps core of 1 5/8 thickness and wrapped with industrial strength fiberglass cloth and a carbon fiber spine down center of bottom of board for added tension and skinned with a full cork finish. Deckside has maple veneer wood crumple zone patches to keep deckside heal dent damage to a minimum . The deckside also has carbon fiber filled rail channels for flex control on rails and has a TEK textured finish to stop damage on rails. Fin system comes standard with FCS2 and set as twin with GF medium fins.

I had a great time making this Custom 2016 Lakewakes Bean Hybrid wakesurf board. Fitted with FCS2 side fins and Futures rear skim fin system and Agenda prodad traction set. The board weight came in at 5.1 pounds with Agenda traction fitted. Shorty form Indiana will have a blast on this universal style board.

The Lakewakes Evora wakeskim is available at Agendasurf.com and is the new ride for TEAM rider Katelyn Lynch. This board is 49 x 19.50 x .675 and has a carbon fiber spine and full cork bottom. Deckside is skinned in wood veneer and full carbon fiber sheet and rail protection with TEK textured finish. Board weight came in at 3.8 pounds without traction.
